EDGE Silkscreen Photopolymer EmulsionEDGE Silkscreen Photopolymer Emulsion is a One-Part, quick-drying, and fast-exposing photo-polymer emulsion. The EDGE Silkscreen Photopolymer Emulsion is one of the fastest-exposing emulsions available that may be used for plastisol, UV, and solvent ink systems. The Edge works best on the i-image unit and does not clog the filters as a lot of other one-part products do. the Edge does not clog the sewer system.

GUIDELINE: Before applying the emulsion to the screen, make sure that the screen is cleaned with a degreaser and dried thoroughly. Let the emulsion dry and then wash with a soft mist of water to create the image
EXPOSURE: Distance for the exposure should be about one and a half times the diagonal measurement of the artwork from point light sources. Yellow and orange mesh require at least 50% more time than white mesh. The times given below are based on the white mesh at approximately 40 inches.
