HARDENER Mix Part B (Emulsion Hardener Mix)

Two part Hardeners (A) & (B) are acidic products that enhance the
life of emulsion on the screen. It makes the emulsion film harder and acidic that helps a higher production without breaking down of the emulsion. In the case of water base inks, the Hardener (A) & (B) should be mixed and applied after the image is opened after burning and washing of the screen. The life of mixture is limited and goes bad after the end of the day. Mix as much as needed for the day. Let the screen be dry again and the screen is ready to be used. After using the two parts Hardeners, the screen cannot be reclaimed. The caution should be taken in terms of contact of the Hardener to the skin.
