HARDENER Silk Screen Emulsion Film hardener is an acidic product that enhances the life of emulsion on the screen. It makes the emulsion film harder and acidic that helps a higher production without breaking down of the emulsion. In the case of water base inks, the Hardener should be applied after the image is opened after burning and washing of the screen. Let the screen be dry again and the screen is ready to be used. After using the Hardeners, the screen is hard to reclaim. XER5 (4:1 ration), a stronger Reclaimer should be used. The caution should be taken in terms of contact of the Hardener to the skin.

- Hardener is applied on top of cured emulsion for longer run when using water or solvent ink system.
