PLASTOLFAST Photopolymer emulsion

PLASTOLFAST Photopolymer emulsion is a one-part high-solid textile emulsion recommended for plastisol inks. plastolfast offers durability and an excellent image. Due to its high solids, it yields a smooth, even coat, sharp edges, and reasonable resolution. As Plastolfast is based on SBQ technology, it does not require diazo & should only be handled in yellow light.

Plastofast Photopolymer emulsion saves time as it cures quickly and is easily reclaimed. Exposure: The distance for the exposure should be about one and a half times the diagonal measurement of the artwork from point light sources. Yellow & orange mesh requires at least 50% more time than white mesh. The times below are based on a white mesh of approximately 40 inches. We've been experimenting with this for t-shirt printing on both the automatic and manual presses.  Seem to hold up okay, and the detail resolution is acceptable considering the price point.  We find it strips out just fine with our Easyway dip tank chemicals.
