Plastisol Ink is the most commonly used ink type in the screen printing industry. Due to its formulation, Plastisol Ink doesn't dry up as fast as other Inks and gives you the advantage of not working in super speed mode, the four major components that go into the formulation of Plastisol inks are (1) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) (2): Plasticizers (3): Fillers (4) pigments. Note: On average plastisol ink should be heat cured at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 seconds
