Press Wash, Plastiwash Plastisol ink remover is a solvent-based press wash, Fast Color Change, screen wash that is fast drying to remove plastisol ink and may be used as a screen opener; Plastiwash Plastisol ink remover may also be used to clean the equipment, squeegee, and tools.
Plastiwash Plastisol ink remover dissolves and solubilizes the plastisol ink that a rag may wipe out, and it is not harsh so that it may not affect the squeegee
this product does not contain any hazardous components- it is a pretty safe product- but we still recommend gloves and safety clothing to be on the safe side
Application:
- Plastiwash Plastisol ink remover may clean the ink through a mist or rag. Plastiwash is recommended for fast color change and press or screen wash. It is a fast-drying product with good cleaning power for plastisol ink. To have the best results from Plastiwash, wipe out the excess ink from the screen- wet the rag with enough Plastiwash- wipe the screen from both sides- and power-wash- within a short period, the screen should be ready for printing.
