Came in with wrong blade 80 durometer June 2, 2022 Reviewer: Adrian from Maine Printing from WARREN, ME United States   If it had come in with the right blade it would have been great as we had ordered one before at it was fine.  This one came in with wrong blade durometer.  No return call to fix the problem.  My first negative experience with this company - eager to see how they fix it.  Service when there is a problem is everything to me. Follow up - 2 business days later they replaced both the blade material for the one I can't use, and gave us a free 70 Durometer squeegee.  Everybody makes mistakes, this was exception service.  Thank you Kaiser!
