Application Recommendations for Xen Black Plastisol Ink:
- Mesh 86-110 - applying a heavier ink coat for white and light-color fabrics is unnecessary.
- 110-305 mesh count is ok for light color fabrics.
- If you are printing black on color shirts, you may use 86 to - 305 mesh -
- For lighter colors and white, use 160-305 mesh counts.

- Use any xenon products direct emulsion to make screens- we recommend high solid one part "Qxl" (45% solids). For a heavier deposit of plastisol ink for printing dark shirts, you need a higher solids emulsion and the application of two coats of emulsion, two on the print side and two on the squeegee side.

- The dryer has to be maintained so that the temperature at the print is at 285-290F for one minute and twenty seconds for a complete fusion that would give the print a longer washability and fusion. The ink sometimes does not fuse properly due to low voltage- Test the temperature with a laser gun. THE BEST COURSE IS TO CHECK ONE SHIRT OR PELLON FOR FUSION OF THE INK.
- Do Not Dry Clean
- Store at room temperature and avoid storing in direct sunlight/humid air.
