Pallet adhesive XENTACK is a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive to hold the shirt in place on the pallet.
Pallet adhesive, XENTACK (Water-base)presents robust and forceful adhesion, empowering you to secure fabrics onto the pallet confidently. As lint accumulates on the pallet over time, the adhesive film from XENTACK can be revitalized through a simple cleanse using warm water. Following this cleansing process, allowing the adhesive to achieve complete dryness is advisable before proceeding.

Apply the adhesive on the pallet and let it dry. You can put a fan to dry the film faster

APPLICATION:
APPLY ON THE PALLET WITH A BRUSH OR A ROLLER, OR YOU MAY SPRAY. FOR SPRAYING, YOU MAY HAVE TO ADD WATER TO THIN DOWN XENTACK.
AFTER SPRAYING OR BRUSHING, LET THE ADHESIVE DRY COMPLETELY- WHEN XENTACK DRIES, THE FILM BECOMES TRANSPARENT.
IF YOU GET EXCESS LINTS ON THE PALLET, WIPE THEM OUT WITH WARM WATER AND LET THE ADHESIVE DRY AGAIN FOR FURTHER RUN
ONCE YOU HAVE A HEAVY FILM DEPOSIT ON THE PALLET
OF XENTACK FILM CLEAN BY USING XENON, XENZU-PAC, CLEANER (SOY-BASED BIO-DEGRADABLE CLEANER), OR FSIC.

USE GLOVES FOR SAFETY; XENTACK STICKS TO SKIN PRETTY TIGHT, AS IT DOES ON THE PALLET
