Mesh to wood and aluminum Cyanoacrylate adhesive 16 oz. (1-lb. -XEN-10 is sometimes called super or crazy glue. The product is used to bond polyester mesh on wood and aluminum frames in the screen printing industry. There are two ways the glue is applied. Mostly, the adhesive is a thin film used by a spreader. It dried fast. But to make it faster to dry, we have an activator that causes the adhesive to bond instantly. In the second procedure, especially for finer meshes, the glue is put on the frame by a Yorker tip and then stretched on the screen; the pressure makes the adhesive spread on its own. Extreme care has to be taken while the product is used as it can bond skin to skin. Besides mesh to frames, XEN 10 can bond metal to metal and plastics.
