16oz (i-lb.) bottle of XEN300 is Cyanoacrylate adhesive, sometimes called super or crazy glue. In the screen printing industry, the product is being used to bond polyester mesh on both wood and aluminum frames. There are two ways, the glue is applied. Mostly the adhesive is thin film is applied by a spreader. It dried fast. But to make it faster to dry, we have an activator that make the adhesive to bond instantly. The second procedure, especially for finer meshes, the glue is put on the frame by a Yorker tip and then stretches the screen; the pressure makes the adhesive to spread on its own. Extreme care has to be taken while the product is used as it can bond skin to skin. Besides, mesh to frames, XEN 300 can bond metal to metal and plastics.
